آموزش گرامر Countable and uncountable nouns – درس پنجم

از کاربرد کلمات a ,some ,any ,much و many چه میدانید؟ به مثال های زیر توجه کنید تا تفاوت کلمات قابل جمع و غیرقابل جمع را دریابید.

countable and uncountable nouns

I'm making a cup of tea.

There's some money on the table.

?Have we got any bread
How many chairs do we need?
How much milk have we got?

an apple ,two apples ,three apples .اسم ها به دو دسته ی قابل جمع و غیرقابل جمع تقسیم می شود. اسم های قابل جمع به این شکل استفاده می شوند 

اسم های غیرقابل جمع مثل: air ,rice ,water ,bread ,coffee ,information ,money ,advice ,luggage ,furniture

countable nouns

There's a man at the door.

I have some friends in New York.

.I don't have a dog
There aren't any seats.

 

uncountable nouns

There's some milk in the fridge.

There isn't any coffee.

در سوالات برای شمارش اسم ها از a ,an ,any یا how much استفاده می کنیم.

Questions

Is there an email address to write to?

Are there any chairs?

?How many chairs are there
?Is there any sugar
?How much orange juice is there

برای پیشنهاد یا درخواست چیزی معمولا از some استفاده می کنیم.

Questions

Do you want some chocolate?

Can we have some more chairs, please?

?Have you got some new glasses

a lot of برای اسم های قابل جمع و غیرقابل جمع استفاده می شود.

a lot of

There are lots of apples on the trees.

There is a lot of snow on the road.

برای جملات مثبت معمولا از much و many استفاده نمی کنیم. به جای آن ازa lot of استفاده می کنیم.

much/ many

They have a lot of money.

در جملات منفی از not many و not much استفاده نمی کنیم. به مثال های زیر توجه کنید.

much/ many

There are a lot of carrots but there aren't many potatoes.

.There's lots of juice but there isn't much water
